Gastenverblijf De Arend is located in the historic centre of Nieuwpoort-city at 300 m from the tram/bus-stop. The beautiful garden offers the possibility to relax during the beautiful days. On the ground floor you can enjoy in our ice cream shop artisan ice creams, pancakes and waffles. In the Hall there is a bicycle shed with loading point. Free parking is available in the streets behind our guesthouse. At walking distance you will find a wide selection of cosy restaurants. B&B Villa Verde is located near the centre of De Haan. Villa Verde combines elegant rooms in a modern building with communal facilities including a spacious garden terrace. The sandy North Sea beach is a 10-minute walk away.

The coastal tram stop is only 250 m away and offers direct services to towns and attractions along the Belgian coast. Villa Verde B&B is a 5-minute drive from the Royal Ostend Golf Club. The historic centre of Bruges is 20 minutes’ drive way. Bicycle rental is available on site.

Situated in the very heart of the “Bel Epoque” District of Ostend, our city by the sea, the “Villa Les Pâquerettes” lies in walking distance of the beach of course, but equally on merely a few hundred yards away from the Wellington racetrack, the Casino, the golf course, the swimming pool, the library, the KVO Versluys soccer stadium and the BCO basketball stadium.
